Contract of Sale
By placing an order with us and completing the payment process you have entered into an agreement with us to supply you those goods. We have an automated ecommerce site with integrated stock control, so it should not be possible to purchase an item currently not in stock, in the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a stock control mistake, we will advise you of this as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a suitable replacement depending on your choice.
How to place order
Placing an order through the online shop is a straightforward process of adding items to your cart and checking out through the online process where you will be prompted for payment. Please note adding items to your cart does not commit you to purchase and you are free to abandon or remove cart contents. Only upon completion of the full checkout process will you have committed to the payment and therefore the sale / purchase agreement. For details of our pricing policy please see here.
We will aim to ship your purchase within two working days. Currently our cart process is geared towards offering just one default shipping rate set to Royal Mail first class delivery, or in the case of heavy items over 2kg parcel force 48. Hopefully this will ensure all goods will be received in a timely manner, please check royal mail for detailed times associated with those delivery criteria.
The timely and safe arrival of your purchase is our responsibility so please ensure you contact us at your earliest convenience should the goods fail to arrive or be damaged in transit the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund should this occur.
Cancellation, returns & refund policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery but you must inform us that this is your intention in writing within this 7 day period. Unless the goods have arrived damaged or were not as described you will be responsible for the return shipping and responsible for returning the goods in a as good and salable condition as they were shipped to you. Upon successful receipt of the goods back to us we will offer you a refund, inclusive of your shipping costs (where applicable) in as timely a manner as possible though usually within 3 days.
If you do fail to return the goods, we will be unable to offer a refund. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the deterioration in value.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, however the terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of your purchase are the ones which govern that particular transaction and contract with us.
